GPU Fan Help

My GPU fans are supposed to turn on at a certain temp i think its 60c but i have been playing h1z1 for a couple hours straight and the fans are yet to turn on is this normal? and how do i found out if the temp thing works. BTW the fans do work i have used precision program

it could be your GPU isn't reaching 60C. Play a demanding game in windowed mode, then run GPU-Z besides it and see what the temps are.
