I have tried to manually control fan on my GPU as it started reaching 86 recently and then jump between 86-87

I have tried MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision, Nvidia Control Panel, Rive Tuner and SpeedFan and all of them don't detect any fans on my GPU. It's a 3 pin so it should be controllable. I just though I will plug the GPU fan straight into my fan controller but I'm not sure how much volts can a small GPU fan handle and will it create any issues because GPU may detect that there are no fans connected? My GPU is Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB low profile by Gigabyte, this is the closes GPU to mine that I could find

I clean out my PC every 2 weeks with compressed air and microfiber cloth so my PC never sees any dust, the thermal paste was changed about a month ago when I was changing my CPU thermal paste. My PC is water cooled except the GPU as I'm building new PC and I dont want to put money into this PC anymore. I have two intake and two exhaust fans just for the hardrive and GPU cooling, all controlled by a fan controller and run at 12v most of the time. The fan on the GPU is running, but appears to be slow (from the look of it, it looks like it's running at 5v) which is why I want to plug it into the fan controller but I have no idea how much volts that fan can handle.
