gpu fan is spinning to fast

hello.

My Gpu Fan is spinning realy fast. im jst using internet browser but its spinning to fast but my gpu is only 32c.Any1 wat to do?

Depending on your card, you can manually set your fans to a constant speed. If you have NVIDIA or AMD I recommend this program: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

If you have AMD you can also use Catalyst Control Center. Although turning down the GPU fan speeds will fix the issue of them running to fast, you temperature will most likely rise. This is sign that your PC is trying to keep your GPU cool.

I have this same problem, MSI Afterburner does NOT work. Fan spinning at 5500 rpm.
