GPU Fan Making A Rattling Noise!

So I recently bought a gigabyte gtx 1060 oc and at 65-75% fan speed it make a rattling sound. This sound can only be heard during those speeds and only occur when the case is vertical. Plz help.

You may want to see if there's a cable/wire that might be brushing up against the fans at that speed. I've had instances where a stickered end of a cable would barely brush up against the fan blades producing an irritating noise/hum.

Might want to double check and post your full system's specs in case you're not running a bad PSU and it's not coil whine.

Could this be a result of gpu sag as it only occurs when the case is upright?
