When I turn on my pc, my gpus fans turn on as if you pull a cable tie really fast, not a click, but more louder version than that. After that it goes fine, and on shutdown, turns off normally.
Its a zotac gtx 970. Maybe if someone else has this card, could you describe it like this? Is this a normal and safe way for it to start up? GPU has been installed for a day.
