GPU Fan noise

Im not sure if this noise just started to happen or if its normal to happen, its noticable when the fan speed is over 40% but below it the noise can still be heard just very quiet, and if the speed is higher it also gets louder, can someone please tell me if this noise is a concern or if its okay/normal.

Note: the temps stay normal max 74C when playing GTA 5

Don't think it's dust as it's only 1 month and a half old

Clean it reagardless. Use an air can.

If you manually stop the fans on teh PGU one by one(just for a couple of seconds and be careful) does the noise stop?

yes I tried witht he first fan the one closest to the back ports of the gpu

And did the noise stop? Try them both, one at a time.

yeah it stopped when i stopped one of the fans

It's a faulty fan then. It's not dangerous to keep using it, but, if the noise bothers you you should return it.
