Hello,
Since two days ago, one of three fans of an asus strix r9 390 is not spinning correctly: it starts and stops while making a weird noise when spinning as you can see in the video https://streamable.com/npv7l1
Is the problem a bearing (like it seems) or do you think it is something else?
Thank you

Yeps that's defnetly a Dead fan...Well you can try to replace bearings(If it is possible)OR you can just try to clean is like...Striping everything of the GPU and clean it with a BRUSH.
You can also try to run an Asus Program to boost the fans to see if spins better but from what i'm seeing that looks like an broken fan.
Just be careful because that fan can heat up and could do some damage to your PSU or graphics card itself.
