So my Gigabyte gtx 1660 card (Yes i have heard gigabyte has been REALLY bad for the last decade with GPU fans.) starts making rattling noise only when it's about to start spinning and when it starts spinning (Anything above 8% RPM) the noise stops completely. at any % given the noise stops. only happens when it starts to spin. any ideas ? i passed the RMA period and i can't ask my parent's for a new graphics card (Had this one for almost 2 years now.)
Any ideas?

Hi my 3070ti oc brand new delivered today does that exact same thing , it's only on start up for a few seconds. I purchased as a bundle with 5800x , they told me I would need to send both items back so I'll leave it for now can't be arsed to uninstall the CPU and be without the hardware. Like other comments it's probably just very slightly off balance when starting up , luckily gigabyte has a 4 year warranty or its a simple fan replacement. Also it's not noticable with the case closed.
