GPU fan spins for a split second then stops

On my GPU (AMD radeon r9 280x) i have 2 fans, one of them is not working. It's not stuck. It's like the other fan, it spins like the working one when i flick it. i don't know what the problem is. pls help

Sounds like its not getting enough power or the card is going bad.

Check if the fan connector is well plugged in to the PCB.

Also, check if the fan is dirty and clean it, dust can prevent it from starting up by itself.

I just saw that if i set my fan speed manually to 75% it spins as fast my other fan, so it's solved
