Question GPU fans always at 100% until Firestorm is opened

So I got a new GPU (Zotac Twin edge 3060ti) and got 2 apps for it. One of them is FanControl and the other one is Firestorm which is the App for the GPU itself. Now, I've calibrated my fans in FanControl and after that deleted the App. Since then my Fans always spin up to 3000 rpm (100%) until I open the Firestorm app where it automatically sets the Fan Speed matching the Temperature, which when my pc starts up is around 30°C. What do I do?

Is the GPU's fan speed at 100% if you leave the computer in the UEFI/BIOS settings menu?
