After installing a ssd for my pc and formatting Windows, my GPU fans have stopped spinning. So far I have tried reinstalling the graphics drivers and forcing them to spin with Afterburner, but without any luck. The temps get really hot when trying to stress it like 90+ celsius and at idle it sits around 40-50 degrees celsius.

Current specs:
Windows 10 Pro
I5-7400
Gtx 1050
Ram 8gb 2400mhz Corsair
Storage 1TB Seagate Barracuda
Crucial MX500 500GB
Asrock h110m-DVS R3.0

Have you done any modifications to the card?

No only cleaned it with compressed air from time to time.

Were they spinning at all at some point?

Today no, yesterday yes before formatting and installing an ssd

Did you purchase the card used?

It was brand new when i got it with the pc.

What's the full model of the GPU?

Inno3D gtx 1050 2GB There also is a 2 Pin GPU connector loose, I think it always has been, but I cant be sure of that

Watch the GPU fans when the computer is initially turned on. Do they move at all?

No they dont, but a couple of times the pc has made a booting sound, even when it is on it sounds like old machinery starting, hard to describe it.
