GPU: Zotac 2060 AMP
Problem: Fans' speed is stuck on ~200/500ish RPM (depending on who you ask. pls check the screenshot) I cannot increase them (I used to be able to increase them to 100% which is about 3000 RPM not so long ago; not sure what happened)
The card overheats and then throttles under any real load.
I've tried updating the drivers, using afterburner, precisionX and zotac's crappy fire something.. no avail. I can move the sliders to 100% but the fans won't spin any faster.
I also disassembled the card to check if the wire is connected all the way through and it was.
