[SOLVED] GPU fans spin at 100%

So I just got done building my pc, everything’s working perfectly except when I start up my computer the gpu fans ramp up to 100% and get super loud and then turn down after about 5 seconds. Not sure if this is bad or not. System Specs - RTX 2060 Super, Ryzen 5 3600, B450 Aorus Pro WiFi, EVGA 650watt Bronze Rated PSU
(note: I do not have any storage device yet so I am stuck in the BIOS/UEFI)

There are plenty motherboards that have built-in a system check to see if everything works when they are powered up. They usually spin the fans of the GPUs as well but I don't know if they do it on 100%.
Mine starts the fans maybe at 50% and then stops.

Thanks, not sure if it’s 100% either but it’s very loud. Appreciate the help!
