Got a new PSU and case for christmas, so I switched the components over and installed the new PSU. When the computer boots, the case fans and CPU fan start spinning and keep going, but after around 3 seconds the GPU (GTX 970) fans stop, and it dosen't output a signal. I don't know what is going wrong and preventing it from fully booting. A small LED on the GPU is turning on, so I'm almost positive it's properly connected to the power supply. The only new component in my PC is the power supply, everything else has stayed the same. When getting GPU out of old case, it required quite a bit of force, but I pulled straight up and went slow and steady, slowly pulling it out. If anyone can help me troubleshoot this I appreciate it!

Solution
Figured out the problem, turns out a RAM stick was loose. I don't know why this caused these issues but once I slotted it in properly my computor works great!

8 pin connector on the GPU, and the PCI-E was a 6+2 connector, and it's connected to the PSU with an 8 pin connector.
