Nothing that will be faster than the R7 240 it already has. If you want a system for gaming, sell yours and start with a clean build.
There may be a chance you can buy a real power supply for it, from the images it looks like the case will fit a standard ATX power supply and the motherboard looks to have standard power supply connections. If you get one, then you can get a card like the RX 460 or GTX 1050 for a good cheaper upgrade. But you are really better off starting fresh with a new setup, cheap home/office systems often have issues with higher end video cards.
