GPU for 1080p

I currently have a PC with the following specs

intel i5 6600 processor
GIGABYTE H110M-DS2 motherboard
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8GB 2400MHz DDR4 memory
CORSAIR VS650 650watt PSU
BENQ VZ2250 FHD monitor
and HDD, SSD, etc. that aren't required here

I plan to play games at 1080p ultra. I don't bother dialing down graphic settings as the games become unplayable over years to come.

Suggest me a GPU.

monitor is more important for resolution than a gpu...as i can se, u already have a 1080p monitor...so the gpu depends on ur budget...

In India computer components are highly overpriced compared to US and I don't have a fixed budget. So please suggest me a GPU. I'll say whether I can afford it or not.

What is the difference in performance between 1060 and 1070. Also I guess a 1070 is an overkill for 1080p

Tier 4 is described as "Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice."

I actually have a GTX 1060 in my mind but I wanted to know if it was the right choice. That's why I posted here.

Thanks for the reply. I guess that my PC won't consume more than 500W even if I put a GTX 1060 and OC it. So VS650 must be OK I guess.

Very good choice. Should last a decent amount of time and you shouldn't run into any issues playing games
