I'm shopping during Black Friday for a new $1500 PC build. Want to stay below $600 for GPU. Was thinking about RX 7900 GRE or RTX 4070 Super. GRE is cheaper ($529) and has 16GB RAM (260W) while RTX 4070 Super ($589) uses less power (220W) and benefits from NVIDIA software but only has 12GB RAM. I would welcome other picks as well. It was suggested to stay under 300W since the room I'm in can get hot easy in the summer.
I should add: primary uses are office productivity, gaming and video editing in that order. In addition to GPU, I welcome your picks for CPU if you have any. Thank you!
