Hey guys,
I just got a new system with an Antec ISK310-150 case which has a 150W PSU.
It does have an iGPU of HD1000 in the Intel G860 to came with but if possible I would like to have a dedicated graphics card as well but not sure what it could support.

It needs to be low profile to fit in the case. I wouldn't need it for heavy gaming just some simple ones.

Just to make sure we know the wattage needs here is the rest of the configuration :
Case: Antec ISK310-150 (customized - two case fans installed plus anti vibration feet)
Motherboard: ASUS P8H77-I (mini-itx)
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core G860 3.0GHz
RAM: 4Gb (2x2Gb) Corsair 1333MHz DDR3
HDD: 320Gb 2.5"
Panasonic DVD drive
Akasa low profile CPU heatsink and fan

I thought of GT430 first but not sure if the PSU is enough, so maybe a GT610 would be better.

Any tips or suggestions?

From here ... with an OC'd i5 2500K :ouch:

TechPowerUp has an average 42w --- with 58w max under Furmark stress testing. Moral of story: Don't 'play' Furmark 😀

Those Turks cores are highly efficient and the basis for the Trinity/Richland APU on-board graphics engines (and also the FirePro V4900 pro card).

I'm guessing they could also take a bit of an under-volt if you were so inclined. I wouldn't get to carried away with that, though, as it would likely artifact and/or crash if you went crazy with it.

edit: Low profile 6670s start at $75 at Amazon with some models zooming past $120

They must be good !

I did a calculation using this site: http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine

the weird thing is according to this calculator, without the graphics card the system needs 176W energy which I find hard to believe. Here is the setup: http://prntscr.com/3y96h8

This is probably the reason why I fear that the HD6670 with its 50-60W might be too much. I fear even a GT 610 with its 29W is not a good idea.

Anyone had any experience in this?

Still any advice is appreciated guys. thanks for the feedback so far.

well thats really ressuring.
Not sure I would spend the 60-70pounds on the 7750 for this config but the GT430 has slighly lower wattage needs and its just a bit less than 30pounds.
Since I would not use this computer for heavy gaming I guess the GT430 would be actually enough. Brilliant.

if you're not using it for gaming get the 5450. I think it's like $30 or something like that.

I think the max would be Dota 2
