Im looking for a graphics card that's best for my pc spec

CPU: A8 7650k
Mobo: GA-F2A68HM-DS2
4GB of RAM

Budget can only handle 100 to 150 dollars.

You should also up your RAM to 8GB. That is hurting your performance in all software, not just gaming.

A matched set of two DIMMs. DDR3 1600 or 2133 You can get 4GB or 8GB DIMMs. Since your APU takes some of your memory, 16GB might be best.
