[SOLVED] Gpu for dell e2216h

My monitor is 1080p 60hz which I bought not long ago , my other specs are :
Cpu : i5 4670 3.4ghz
Motherboard : H81M-p33
Ram : Corsair vengeance 2X8GB 1600mhz
Ssd : 250gb
Psu: Corsair vs650

I thought of upgrading the whole pc to ddr4 but I finally decided to stay with ddr3 and only upgrade the gpu , I thought of rtx 2060 or rtx 2070 , which should I go for ?
And will the monitor bottleneck or will other part of my build bottleneck some other parts?

I think your CPU is too slow for an RTX 2070.....and I think it's "on the slow side" for an RTX 2060......but it will work.....but you may find your CPU maxing out and your GPU not maxing out in certain situations.....but I wouldn't let that stop me.

So do you recommend buying the rtx 2060?
I don’t play so much lately cause I’m in the army so I don’t want to invest too much and upgrade to ddr4 , I only play modern warfare 2019 , fifa 20 .. these kind of games ?
So will the cpu and monitor suffice ?
Also the psu : Corsair vs650

The 2060 will work fine....but if I were going to better match the GPU to the CPU I think a GTX 1070 is more in line......or something with similar performance to a GTX 1070.
....and that monitor should be fine.
.....and that PSU should be fine.....although it's one of the lower tier Corsairs.
I wouldn't go below a GTX 1060 with that monitor though......because that's about the limit where you won't be able to play games at 60 fps on Ultra at 1080p.
