Question gpu for h265 encoding with handbrake

hi im statring to get into h265 compressing my videos for youtube walkthroughs and use handbrake i cant use my gpu for it and it uses all of my cpu so im just wondering what would be the best gpu for cheap around 150 dollars i have a r9 380

Will you prefer Nvidia cards over AMD ? Because the GTX 1660 Ti/1660 might be a suitable candidate for this, IMO, or even the GTX 1650. Or, You can also buy one of the QUADRO GPUs, if you can afford one.

The GTX 1650 is the cheapest among these 3 cards.
