any suggestion for a graphics card that won't have bottle neck issue for my mobo+cpu?

I'm planning on getting r7 240 2gb ddr5 128bit. Is there other/better cards that has the same price?

Yes. The GT 730 DDR5 64 bit is faster, uses less power, and about the same price.
