Question Gpu Frame drops

Hello i bought an rx 580 from ebay(propably came from a ming rig),

I tried to play some games but i have faced some frame - dropping issues.
Is it a gpu issue? or maybe it is a psu issue(my psu is an 450w bronze (gpu goes up to 120 w)).
a storage issue?(running games using hdd)

My setup is :

cpu : ryzen 5 1600
psu : evga 450 BR 450 W
ssd : 512 gb nvme
ram : 2 * 8 2133 mhz
gpu : sapphire rx 580 nitro+ 4gb

So what games are you playing and at what resolution and refresh rate? What kind of frame rates are you getting?

I tried warzone 2 and fifa 23 FHD.

wz2 around 70 fps dropped to 30

fifa 23 was locked at 60 dropped to 30

maybe optimize your windows and turn off background apps (check a yt videos)... use ddu to uninstall gpu driver and do a clean install...

You have to check the gpu with Gpuz and look at the info given about the gpu. GPU-Z Graphics Card GPU Information Utility (techpowerup.com) You can post the results here so we can take a look at it for you.
