hi i have an rx 560 that gets CODE 45 error and ive tested most things that people solve the issue with for ex sfc /scannow etc the typical youtube fixes, right now i cant get the gpu to show at all but i managed to get it being show in device manager and that was when it showed med code 45
the rest of the pc works totally fine and has been tested with different gpus that work normally

Solution
yeah i can test it in another system but idk about it being faulty tho, the gpu die gets hot and i got it from not showing up at all to actually showing up as an rx 560 in device manager but only as an invisible device with code 43 and then later on it was code 45, i was thinking if the gpu vbios could have been tampered with since i bought the gpu second hand

Error code 43 is that one of the drivers controlling the device informed the operating system that the device failed. Whilst, the error code 45 occurs if a device that was previously connected to the computer is no longer connected. So if you get a code 45 when the GPU is seated there is an issue.

Test the GPU in another system. It will be very clear that the GPU is not...
Error Code 45 is a common device manager problem that users encounter on any Windows 2000 and later operating system versions. The error occurs when your Windows system fails to acknowledge the connected device by either stating that the device is not present or that it was previously attached to a computer.

Is your GPU properly seated in the PCIe Slot?

yup ive reseated it several times just to make sure, ive also checked so no bent pins in the slot either

I would test that GPU in another system and if you can't install the drivers there either the GPU is probably faulty.

Test the GPU in another system. It will be very clear that the GPU is not working anymore if the other system does the same thing.

Solution
do you happen to know anything about the installation log when installing amd chipset drivers because i used to be able to download them and then the gpu would be detected in device manager but i cant anymore for some reason, i can link it if u wanna have a look at it
