Question Gpu gets hot

So I found out that one of two fans went bad on my gpu. I bought the replacement fans to fix this. Now the gpu is getting hotter then before now I don't do Celsius so I'm going to tell you in Fahrenheit the GPU normally on idle sits at around 80 85° f now it's sitting anywhere between 95 and close to 100° f with the new fans I read thermal pasted it cleaned it all up and put it all back together exactly the way I took it apart is there a possibility that the thermal pads which I did not replace have to be replaced also or is there something I am missing
