Gpu getting hotter and hotter and even goes over 100C

Hello,

I'm currently having some issues with my gpu.
I'm sitting at around 60C idle and if i run any games like Guild wars 2 and Overwatch the temperature rises up to over 100C after just a minute!

I've tried using MSI Afterburner to change the fan speed but nothing happens.
Other things I tried to do was to change the case fan and reapplying the thermal paste inside my gpu. But none of it worked.

Specs if it helps:

CPU - Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.2GHz
RAM - DDR3 8GB
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX760 3GB

Check the gtx760 cooler fan(s) to see the fan is dead or not, because if it did not work the gpu temp will go up like that.

Now, how do I fix this? The first thing I tried was to reinstall my nvidia driver but that didn't help.
The other two things I found was to repair the fans or buy a new gpu.
Are there any other methods to make my fans work again?
