Question GPU gives out no display when fan is spinning

My graphics card gives display when the fan is not spinning and wouldn't give a display when the fan is spinning.

Specs:
GPU: MSI AMD R7 370 4GB OC
RAM: 8GB DDR3 DUAL CHANNEL
CPU: INTEL XEON E3 1226 V3
STORAGE: 500GB + 500GB HDD
PSU: CORSAIR CV 450W

Did you recently changed or swapped the ram modules? If you changed the slots or swapped them between each other the bios would not recognize the RAM and would not give display output. If so, put them in the spot they used to be and/or clear the CMOS.

nope, i didn't change the ram module in like months. sometimes the GPU gives out display sometimes it doesn't what could the problem be
