[SOLVED] GPU going bad, need options loose $400 budget

BUDGET RANGE: Roughly $400, I know the market is not great so can go a little higher if its worth it

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming pc, one monitor with tv shows and then playing a wide range of games from Destiny 2 to Runescape plus whatever random games

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Radeon RX 580, Seasonic focus PX-650 PSU

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: CPU - Intel i5-10400F, Mobo - ASRock B560 Pro4 ATX LGA1200, Memory - 16GB (2 x 8) DDR4-3600 CLI

Background: Just upgraded my CPU, Mobo, and RAM within the last month and was going tohold off on my GPU since they are insanely expensive, but suddenly there are more graphics related crashes in games, and even windows stutters when making things fullscreen sometimes(not to mention the artifacts when it is up) so i guess i need to bite the bullet and get one so i just dont know what is a good card, especially with the prices inflated. ty for help

Needless to say its wiser to try to salvage your current card given the market condition worldwide. Update drivers, try other cables and ports, try other monitors, so on and so forth. But if all else fails, this is the best you can do...

Their isn't much room for upgrades to a 580 with 400$ unless you sell the 580 and then try and get something like a 3060 ti.

Are you sure there are no cooling issues? Whether another case fan might help, or maybe if the GPU needs thermal paste cleaned off and reapplied?
