Question GPU half stuck

I was building my PC today and it didn't turn on so I went to take out all the parts and test them without the box but as I was doing that the GPU got stuck halfway. I have already tried moving the switch on the side but it doesn't move and trying to pull the GPU out bends the motherboard.

Put it back in, then push release lever.

The GPU won't go back in or out

You'll have to figure out, how to put it back.
Without doing that you'll probably break something before graphics card is removed.
