[SOLVED] GPU has blinking red light

ASUS ROG Strix NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 has a blinking red light. This red light blinks when the PC is turned off or on. What are the possible causes, please?

For the most part the blinking red light probably just indicates that power is available to the host computer. When turned off many devices nowadays still have power "at the ready" to permit a quicker boot.

I googled a bit for the User Guide /Manual.
