[SOLVED] GPU HDMI port short circuit

My GTX 1080 ti had a short circuit in HDMI port. Now, fans of the GPU are working but it isn't giving any output and also GPU LED is not working too.
Is the GPU dead?
or can it be repaired?

It is out of warranty, I took it to a local repair store, they said its dead.
