Hello I have a gtx 1080, I7 6700k, and 16gb ram. None of it is overclocked. I can see my GPU goes from 70% to 100% utilization, and then goes to 0% and the game crashes. Any ideas for a fix? I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall on another drive, one ssd and the other a hdd.

Any ideas?

The game is Playerunknowns Battlegrounds

yeah sorry :)

First I followed this comment:
"Hey, I experienced some crashing aswell due to "not enough graphics memory" or something, my spec isn't as good as your's but i don't get crashes any more (i do play on minimum settings however) basically what i did was i changed my virtual memory from my C drive (which was full hence no virtual memory could be used) to my secondary hard drive. To do this: - Control panel - System and security - System - Advanced system settings - Under performance, press settings - Click advanced tab, then press change under virtual memory and really from there it just depends on you pc to be honest. As i said mine was set to my C drive (this was the drive that i have windows installed in) i changed it to my D drive (this had alot more storage free therefore i could have alot more virtual memory) i'm not sure if this is because my C drive had next to no space or because my D drive had PUBG installed on it, but play around with these settings i guess. I read however if you have multiple hard drives only use one for virtual memory as multiple can make pubg crash, i hope this helps."

But it still crashed...

Then I gave it 10gb of space. Closed WhatPulse and Samsung magician. And capped my GPU to 60 degrees celsius.

Now it works, I don't know why, but it works, thanks for the help :)
