GPU idling during browser games

Why does my gpu idle while i'm playing a browser game? Both the integrated and dedicated graphics on my laptop idle when i'm trying to play browser games and i get like 20fps. How do you fix this shit?

Hello... 1) Does it have this problem with the battery and/or Power/charger connected?
2) What is your SPECS? what type of hardware and Software are we dealing with here?
3) Look in your BIO's for Power setting TOO change as needed... save&exit.

1) The power cord is plugged in

There's not a whole lot of Beast to un-lease here...
Your CPU has the same LOW numbers too... Intel® HD Graphics 520 http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Intel+HD+520&id=3255
4) What game and FPS are you try for here, for me to try and understand "what is normal and not-normal" game play and FPS.
5) What screen resolution are trying too run?
6) Check your BIO's for 'shared memory" and change it to a increase-MAX setting... save&exit

4) Darkorbit, it used to get 60fps on intel HD 1000, not very intensive game
5) 1080p

Hello... I would repost in the LAPTOP TAG forum.. " Help me improve My GTX640M performance" there are some really good people there... I'm not a Laptop guy ( and try to avoid many questions about them ) Like I said the performance Numbers I look at are not promising in my eyes... good luck B )
