GPU- is 82°c+ normal? While playing PUBG/Games in General

Hi to all the techies out there, just wanted some advice. Is this temperature normal for the GPU?
This is while PUBG is running
It is a PALIT GTX 1060 3GB StormX
Using a In-Win 303 Case with A h80i cooler on the cpu and two case fans

That's pretty high, 83C is when the GPU thermal throttles so your butting up against the temp barrier quite badly.,

Mid 70s is where it should be or lower if possible. Do you have enough airflow in your case?

Will adding fans in the case solve this? Or does it relate to the gpu being bad?
My case can take up to 4-6 more fans
