Question GPU is detected but doesn't work in Windows ?

Laptop model: Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3

Apparently, the laptop shows GPU in BIOS & Device Manager but it doesn't work in Windows.

I tried installing new drivers, changing Windows.

Nothing works
Is there a way to reset the CMOS on this laptop (it has an AMD CPU) ?

and you update driver from https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/...ing-series/ideapad-gaming-3-15arh05/downloads
and install the nvidia gpu drive manually?

no i got the driver from nvdia site directly.and it shows
