Question Gpu is not detected, no display.

Gpu is not detected (vga debug led) by motherboard but gpu fans are spinning and getting warmer but no display.

Specs -
Motherboard- msi b450 tomahawk max II
Gpu - Gigabyte gtx 1660 super 6gb gddr6
Cpu - AMD ryzen 7 2700
Psu - Corsair CV550
Memory- HyperX fury 8gb ddr4 3200mhz*2 model no. HX432C16FB3

Is this a new build? If so, which slots are you populating on the motherboard with the two sticks of ram? Did you make sure all connections from the PSU terminate on your components?

Yes new build and never booted.
Ram placement- DIMM A2 and DIMM B2
All connectors are well fitted
