GPU is too close to PCI Slot connected one Raid card

Pro PCI VIA VT6421A 3 SATA 1 Port IDE RAID Controller Adapter Card and GPU I got ASUS GTX 750ti (2 Fans in the GPU and half of the 1 fan covered from below mentioned card is it gona badly affect to the card or not ???? please answer thanks Distance between GPU fan and the card 1/2 Inch.

It should be fine that way. When there are multi video card setups, the cards are often closer than half an inch apart.

Like this, high end cards, very close together
