[SOLVED] GPU ISSUE - not recognised

Just bought the new DELL G3 - 1650 GPU and noticed the GPU is not working with my screen. It is running on integrated graphics. I tried changing this in device manager but open to all poitential fixes. Hoping it isnt a hardware issue.

If it is a new rig the best way to solve this is with the warranty department, they will find, fix or change the necessary thing to make your rig works as it should.
