Question GPU LED Without Software?

Hello everybody,
So. I have a Gainward gtx 1070 phoenix "Golden Sample" and I'd love to set my RGB LEDs on the GPU to display a static blue.
Is there anyway to do this in the registry etc.? Because I don't like the Software Gainward (or any other company) uses to let you tweak the lighting.

Ummm I don't know about it but if your graphics card supported aura sync then probably you could do that
