CPU: 3800x (stock cooler - Wraith Prism)
MOBO: Crosshair VIII Hero
PSU: RM750 (Corsair)
RAM/Memory:2x 16GB G-SKILL Trident Z Neo 3600Mhz (F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC)
Storage:ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro, 2x Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
GPU: 1050TI strix
Case: NZXT H710i
Fans: 3x ll120 RGB Corsair and stock fans with case (4 NZXT fans, 3x120 1x140).

Just built new PC and just want to sanity check a few things.
FYI the GPU will be upgraded in the near future.

I was playing Valarant on max settings with 165fps cap and I could only hit about 120. Honestly, it felt amazing, my last pc was a bag of <Mod Edit> and would struggle with 50 on lowest settings.
But, I was monitoring GPU-Z and it said the GPU was at 100% load at only 43 degrees. I believe I have heard 80+ degrees is a worry, so....I have room to overclock? Is this usual? My fan curve is 100% on everything btw (GPU, CPU fan and case fans. I dont mind the sounds.

Yes, that's perfectly normal under load. You have the fans spinning at 100% so that's why the temp is within a very safe limit.

Though, you don't have to always cap out the fans at 100%. Depending on the load of the GPU, the fans will be spinning accordingly.
