Why is my GPU Memory Clock at Max?
Is it Safe?
Is it a Virus thats causing this?

Is it only when you have Chrome open? If so it could be that you have hardware acceleration enabled. You could try running a malware scan to eliminate the chance of it being a mining trojan.

No. its always maxed even after i rebooted it
