[SOLVED] GPU Metal Plate Removal

So I got a GTX 1050 TI for my PC and it won't fit inside because of the metal plate where the DVI, HDMI and display ports are. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to remove this plate or should I try another solution?

Of course not. Check some videos on youtube for how to install a graphics card. Easily fit the bracket between case and motherboard's edge.
