I set up a work/render rig yesterday. When I went to bed last night Windows 10 was functional, I had two ssd's reading properly and one m.2 not showing up. Google leads to a page discussing my board having the m.2 and pci on one slot and using a pic express card (like my RX570) turns the m.2 slot off, so I figure the problem is I have to move it to the other slot. I do, and it posts with five beeps. I clear the cmos and it posts with five beeps. I move the card back and it posts fine but now says it has no storage devices including my boot drive.

I need to get it online asap. I would like to be able to use my m.2 but I can swallow not if I have it working at all. What should I do next?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Are you om the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Are you on Build 1809 for Windows 10?

Moved thread from Motherboard's to System's.
