Question Gpu no display issue

Hello I've encountered an issue with my GPU. The display and fan only work when the PCIe cable is partially plugged in, but when it’s fully inserted, they stop working. Do you have any idea how I can fix this

What is your PSU ? That problem could be with connector on the GPU or PSU. If your PSU has another PCIe power cable try that one.

Well as @CountMike already pointed out, it seems to be a matter of PSU cable.
Either the cable is in short or PSU itself could have some problems.
So you must take out the card and insert it in another system to eliminate the doubt.
Then you will test your system with a different PSU

Bad luck and even worse PSU, not modular to be able to change just a cable and and there's only one VGA/PCIe 6+2 cable. Considering PSU quality I would bet on bad PSU cable. In any case, it's risky to use it like that.

Yes, I would, with some respectable one. A PC could work with less components but not without PSU.
