GPU has lights, no fans spinning, no display, PSU fan comes on when GPU plugged in, smells like plastic burning when plugged. To the point where the riser cable it was plugged into burned through.
Does not show up in device manager. Currently I'm using the onboard graphics of the CPU (Which by the way shoutout, can play older games).
