GPU not being used (seems like a driver problem)

So for the half of the day I've been trying to get my Graphics Card to work again. It's a Zotac GTX 750 ti and the problem began when I updated the drivers. It was because I was playing a game that had PhysX that needed the updated version of the Driver. I saw it on my Geforce experience as a driver update so I let it install. After it was done, and after the restart, the gpu wasn't being used anymore for some reason. I tried everything and now (even reseating the graphics card) I have removed all drivers and installed a driver, a bit older one (because the others I tried didn't work for some reason). It finally pops up again in the device manager, however it says in the properties that Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. (Code 37).

Also I can't seem to use the Nvidia Control Panel it says something in the lines that I'm not using a display with an nvidia product
I also have the IGPU disabled and have the pcie card as default in the bios.
Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance!
