I recently built a computer and I've been having a lot of troubles with the motherboard, but i finally got a new one and set it all up, I plug it into the monitor with a VGA adapter and it says there's no signal?

Here's the monitor - http://www.acer.com.vn/ac/vi/VN/content/model/ET.XP6HA.004

And here's the GPU - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0088PK040/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1428270724&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SY200_QL40&keywords=asus+7770&dpPl=1&dpID=51j758KVcDL&ref=plSrch

And when I turn on the monitor it says 'Acer' for about a second or two and then says no signal?

Also here's the motherboard - http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4591#ov

Any help would be MUCH appreciated, THANKS!

Did you use the adapter that came with the card? Did you plug the adapter into the DVI port under the hdmi/display port or the DVI port that's by its self?

I would read the manual to see where it needs to be plugged in at. It shouldn't matter but I don't use AMD cards so im not 100% sure.
