Hey everyone, I'm new here, and I've got a bit of a conundrum on my hands. I recently bought a GTX 1050 Ti from EVGA, and at first it worked fine. I don't know what's happened, but a few days ago, it stopped working with the rest of my system. The monitor gets no output from it, it isn't detected by nVidia's driver installers, I've tried entering the BIOS and it doesn't show up there either. I've made sure my PCI-e slots are enabled, and my old GT 710 works fine. I've installed the 1050 Ti in another computer, and it works there. My system started out with a Optiplex 790 (Which I got on sale for about ten dollars, so pretty good deal) with 4 GB DDR3 ram, and a Core i3 2100. I switched the 2100 for a 2500 and added 8 GB ram to the system, as well as adding in the aforementioned GTX 1050 Ti just a few days ago, making for a total of:
CPU: Core i5 2500
Memory: 12 GB DDR3 at 1333 mhz
GPU: GTX 1050 Ti
Storage: 256 GB internal drive
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
Chipset: Intel Q65 Express
All of this worked fine for a total of four days, but now, the 1050 Ti isn't being recognized by anything. If anyone could give me any ideas or troubleshooting tips on how to rectify this issue (or even to determine what the issue is), that would be fantastic. Thank you all for your time!
