Question GPU not detected

Motherboard: MSI B550

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X

GPU: Geforce GTX 4060

Ram: 16G HyperX

(Motherboard, CPU, GPU, and PSU are all brand new)

GPU not detected after reinstall of windows 10. HDMI from gpu to monitor is working, but in device manager, display adapters only shows "microsoft basic display adapter", then lower down under "other devices," I see 3 "PCI device"

It seems like the GPU drivers are missing. To fix this, uninstall the "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter" in Device Manager. Then, download and install the latest GPU drivers for the GTX 4060 from NVIDIA's website. If the PCI devices still appear, try installing the chipset drivers for your motherboard (MSI B550) and restart the system.
