Question GPU not forcing in game

Hello guys, i have lenovo y520-15ikbn Laptop with i7-7700hq, amd rx560, 8gb ram.
My problem is that my laptop are not forcing the GPU in game, so it stays at integrated graphic, why ? my battery settings are set to ultimate performane or high performane, but doest do something, the settings in it are default.
It was happened to me when my battery drained down while i watched a movie when my cable was plugged out, from that moment doest boost my gpu. Please help... i havent played by a week

Right click on the game icon, select Run with graphics processor-> High performance NVIDIA processor. If it's for temporary usage,
for permanent: Enter NVidia Control Panel, Manage 3D settings ->Tab Global settings->Preferred graphics processor -> Select Auto or High performance NVidia processor .

Trust me, doesnt work.. Also when GPU worked i heard the fan also in my next room, but now is so silent..

My GPU working now, but not at 100% in games, so i still have lags, and the fan doesnt boost up, the temps are staying at 36*, any help ?
